The Holistic Brain Health Approach
Dr. Tina’s Approach to Lasting Transformation
Lasting healing and growth rarely come from a single intervention. In my experience, meaningful and sustainable progress happens when we address root causes, strengthen mindset, build supportive habits, and provide the right tools for each individual.
When Dr. Tina works with clients, we typically focus on the following areas — always tailored to the person in front of me:
1. Address Root Causes

We identify and release underlying imbalances that may be emotional, energetic, belief-based, physical, nutritional, or more. This includes inherited patterns and past life imbalances as well.
I ask targeted questions of the subconscious, informed by over three decades of study in neuroscience, root causes, mechanisms of action in the biological sciences, along with training in energy medicine and Chinese medicine, to uncover and release what is most relevant for each client.
2. Shifting Mindset

The way we interpret effort, challenge, and growth profoundly shapes behavior and emotional well-being.
I work with clients to introduce evidence-based mindset shifts that foster resilience, confidence, motivation, and inner peace — helping them internalize ways of thinking that support long-term change rather than short-term fixes.
3. Building Healthy Habits

Habits can either support our growth or quietly hold us back.
Drawing on health coaching principles and proven behavior change strategies, I help clients implement small, sustainable shifts that make thriving easier over time.
In some cases, additional outside support (such as therapy or specialized programs) may also be appropriate, and I’m always happy to collaborate with or complement other forms of care.
4. Healing & Coaching Methods
To address root causes and support meaningful change, I draw from a range of integrative healing and personal growth approaches, always tailored to the individual.
This may include energy medicine, vibrational healing, spiritual healing techniques, mindset reframing, nervous system regulation, communication strategies, trauma-informed approaches, and practical strategies for navigating life transitions.
The specific methods used vary by person and session, guided by what will be most supportive and effective.
5. Targeted Support Tools (When Appropriate)
Depending on individual needs and goals, supportive resources may be incorporated.
I only recommend products and tools that are gentle, effective, and supportive. Here is a list of the companies I work with:
My work does not replace medical care, and clients are encouraged to consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical concerns.
6. Address the environment
When symptoms are persistent or unusual, environmental factors should be considered.
I work with clients to explore whether past or current environments may be contributing to ongoing challenges and to clarify what steps may support improvement.
7. Address Relationships

Relationships — past and present — profoundly impact emotional and physical well-being.
We work together to release stored emotions, beliefs, and patterns connected to difficult relationships. With a healthier frame of mind, clients are able to determine if a relationship should be strengthened or whether letting go (if possible) is the healthiest path forward. Regardless, it should be easier to implement healthy strategies to solve problems.
Feeling overwhelmed?
Many clients are already working on some of these areas in their own lives.
Our work simply focuses on what is most relevant and what is currently getting in the way of your goals — nothing more.
Every plan is individualized.
Sometimes we can work through a few issues in one session. Sometimes it takes several sessions to get through one issue. How fast we progress depends on your lifetime and inherited accumulation of imbalances. Here are the commitments I make to you when you work with me.
Working with Dr. Tina was one of the best things I did for myself this year! I always felt very safe and secure in opening up with Dr. Tina and was confident she would help me work through whatever issues I wanted to address. Her attentive and supportive way of encouraging me to deal with issues I had never spoken of before was wonderful. She was caring and very professional! Thank you, Tina!

I was at a point in my life where I wanted to improve my relationship with my wife and overcome fears and resentments. But, I felt like I was in limbo. With some skepticism, at first, I met with Dr. Tina and she quickly identified several areas in my life that had inherited barriers to making the improvements I wanted. After a few sessions I started to recognize changes in my attitude towards situations, comments, and interactions that previously caused an unhealthy reactions and led to poor decisions. I felt more calm. I can only relate the changes directly to working with Dr. Tina. I highly recommend her for improving areas in life that seemed to be hopeless.

For Parents & Caretakers

Parents and caretakers who bring loved ones to me are often exhausted from supporting children, partners, parents, or pets with higher-than-average needs.
The problem isn’t the caretaker — it’s that in the U.S., families are expected to manage complex caregiving responsibilities largely on their own, while many other countries provide built-in financial support, services, and respite care. Parents are having to navigate challenges without access to strategies that work and the support to implement them.

For our loved ones to truly heal and grow, they benefit most from caretakers who feel resourced, have an incredible amount of patience, who are supported, and willing to learn from experts.
Because of this reality, my work with children and dependent adults includes healing, mindset work, and practical strategy coaching for caretakers as well.
This integrated approach consistently leads to better outcomes for everyone involved.
